I don't run either. I don't want to run but I would like to walk away from here very fast.

I use to like to jog but got away from it. Hoping to get back to the basics now. It take strength to run after work I tell ya! Usually first inclination is to rest from the long day but running can be a good release. I say GO FOR IT!

Kehfeh, You've got to be one of those photogenic people that can't take a bad picture! Try starting out running and walking 30 second intervals. The Olympic runner Jeff Galloway is in charge of training the Disney World Marathon runners and runs a marathon almost every month himself, and he runs 30 seconds, and walks 30 seconds in it, over and over again, for 26.2 miles, with his wife. Pretty cool, huh?

I don't know, DK. I think you'd better be careful. That level of cute usually has a pretty extreme level of mischief that goes along with it.

Oh, NM, if I was in my twenties, you could bet it would! I'd have to get a lot more sleep than I'm getting nowadays to tolerate that kind of mischief anymore.
