Note: Started 6 week cure this AM. Also started Urban Rebounder. Paperwork with rebounder states that 10 mins of rebounding is equal to 20 mins of jogging so I entered it in exercise as such.
So far I am VERY happy with this new plan. The shakes taste great and Im not hungry.
