I have been dieting and exercising for 6 months and struggling to lose every gram along the way. Now suddenly I woke up and my body had changed. I stopped feeling insanely hungry and started craving the healthy meals I had been forcing myself to eat for months. I have reached a key goal and I can’t believe it. Never give up people.
