The good news is that I'm maintaining about the same weight (between 205 and 210) without putting the 40 pounds I lost back on. one of these days I'll get back to losing the next 20 to 30 pounds. I only have 2 pairs of pants that fit me anymore. gotta wear a belt with all the rest.
