Going up not down - who would have thought it would be so difficult to get back into it after the surgery. Not moving yet and had a of glass of red each night this week which I am sure doesn’t help, but helped me get to sleep 😆 with an aching leg. Also still up at 900 calories. So now for a mindset shift, I really want to lose a lot more weight, so ditching the alcohol and working on getting back to 800 a day
