Well, this is the third time I have lost weight. I've learnt a lot since the first 2 tries. I'm kinder to my body and see exercise as a reward rather than a chore.
Now that I am satisfied with my weight loss achievement, I am excited and determined to build a healthy lifestyle by which I can maintain it-- for good this time!
My next goal is to become fit with Heather Robertson's 12 Week Challenge, the 2.0 version.💕💪
