Down 19 half pounds in 20 days,
I have stayed focus and motivated on the Lipotrim. I feel so much better already. I know mealreplacement is not a healthy option but I just need something to kick start me, I need someone to push me and by doing it and its costing me so much, Im sticking to it.
This time I'm been sensible, and working plenty of exercise in. and Im enjoying it and feel proud of ME when I do it. I drag exercise bike out to the decking on sunny days and listen to music, close my eyes pretend I going down country or beach roads. I feel so good when I get off.
My sons x girlfriend gave me Paul McKenna THINK YOURSELF THIN Im reading the book, listening to the Cd at night to prepare myself for when I go back on food. So seem to have my head in focus on things.
My 50 Birthday on 19 August, having my party at home, was planned in event hall, and going to stay on diet until following week, then doing refeeding as my son's wedding is on 9 Sept, can have some control on bday but doubt I'll survive wedding.
