I am getting used to the macros and the planning has been very good. I went almost 2 weeks without eating something that i didndt prepare and this weekend i slid a little. Not through overeating or eating bad foods but in lack of planning and missing numbers. I will weight myself tomorrow mornuing and get that in but i amn sure that my weekend of eating out undid the week of hard work i put it. I also missed the gym thursday and only got in 2 quality workout sessions. Today i am focused on getting back on a documentation and accountability track and getting back on goal. I have immediatly realized how more lenient i will be in my selections when i am not logging every aspect of my diet. Albeit clean its a mental thing for me. Locking back in.
