I should be very happy I am not. Crazy? I feel down and disapointed this week was such a battle. Forgive me I don't know whats wrong with me. I am glad its gone just lack the joy. Part of the problem is After 33 pounds lost since I started I don't feel better, stiff sore lower back and legs?????? Sorry, thank you FS buddies glad to know your there.

Hi Went to sight you recomended. A lot of fantastic information, I never would of thought to go there since I am not a body builder at least not yet. Was at first put off wasn't connecting with it, but your words Quality Calories kept me looking and I found the free calculator awsome how it works. It had me to eat 1700something calories. OK. But I'm not ready to give up on my 1400 calories right now. I did my best to mathmaticly figure %ages and I got a rough 40, 40 , 20. But tweeked off 67 calories per meal so they would be 400cal 3 time a day with the protein carb fat ratios roughly adjusted. And leave me with Snacks (my 2 Apples) per day totaling 200cal VIVALA! Under 1400 a little but I beleive will give me better Quality. Thanks again Super stuff.

Checked out your 2 references on your profile. Great information. When injured still can do something. So starting out again slow and building up to all the wonderful options. Calculator on micros-I didn't know what they were. And Quality Calories I got a roughly protein 40% Carbs 40% Fat 20%. I Tweeked it to my 1400 calories I want to stay on for now. But thanks Alot... SUPER stuff.

At your current weight, I think 1400 cals is OK for you... AS LONG AS YOU EAT CLEAN FOOD (and I don't mean washed! :0) ). Your TDEE on the Fast Calorie Calculator was probably around 2400-2500, right, so 1400 a day gives you 1000 cal deficit per day... 7000 per week... divide by 3500 cals per lb of FAT = 2 lbs of estimated FAT loss per week... perfect! Some things I cut out that I felt almost immediate results with: soda (3 day withdrawal headache, and I have not had a headache since... 18 months; dairy... some will say you need it for the fat... all I can say is once I cut out cheese and milk in particular, my sinuses cleared up, and body inflammation faded. I get my good fats from fish and almonds, to name a couple. AND I don't miss sode or dairy... once my body was purged of the toxins they bring, the desire for them left. Read through the many Nutrition articles under Scoobys nutrition section.. simple concepts to understand with profound impact if you apply. With regard to both references being body building related, once you dig around in there you will find that both point out that you don't need to be a body builder to apply the simple concepts. Same concepts that let bodybuilders change their body composition AT WILL in preps for a contest, photo shoot and the like. You can order the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle book on Amazon now for about $15... best investment I ever made. Where Scooby introduced the concepts where I could apply them immediately, the BFFM book filled in the blanks to help me really understand and transition from blind compliance to life changing decisions based on knowledge.

I will. Adjusting my quality calories makes such good sense to me. Since I'm doing this might as well get all the benefits I can. And getting the book is on my list to do. Checking out more Nutrition articles will only help me in varity. Thanks Thanks
