I've been really depressed lately and having a hard time. I'm not super surprised by this number. I'll keep doing my best to work out and eat less, but I'm not feeling guilty over this because life has been hell.

Life can hand out some crap sometimes, your best today, may not be your same best tomorrow, and that's okay... you are still showing up, and so are we... together we can all win this, we just need to show up.

Even if we are doing everything tight, poor sleep and stress will mess with progress. Blips and life happen. It’s how we respond to it that matters! Deal with life and get back on plan. It’s all good. This is a lifelong journey, not a sprint. A couple of weeks in the grand scheme of things is nothing but a tiny “blip”. You’re still good! 😎

Hang in there! No journey is perfect or linear so love your approach to not feel too guilty…keep that attitude and be kind to yourself along the way. And to echo Darlene914, use use us. We’ve all had our moments and this community never fails to show up with the support you need. You got this 💕

Keep it up we all have bad weeks, my friend that I workout with now tells me it to you over 50 years to put that weight on, relax and enjoy life eating a little better and the pounds will come off. Stay healthy and remember people are thinking of you.

I am proud of you - only 2.2 lbs came on during extremely challenging times. Proves that you still have awareness about what and how much you eat. You can continue your journey with success! Keep going!
