An interesting turn of events. Last night my brother bought me a BBQ dinner, for helping him out with an errand he was not able to run for himself. I successfully stayed low carb, by omitting the bbq sauce, and getting LC sides. However, even though he hasn't been doing low carb, he's' been making an effort to eat healthier, in recent months. Last night, he gave in to a craving for McDonald's, and had a few cheese burgers, and some fries. This morning, he told me his stomach was all messed up, from eating the junk food. I told him, there's a reason they call it junk food. LOL Especially when you aren't use to it. He said the next time he has a craving for McDonald's, or any other junk food, he'll be remember how he felt this time, and avoid it. I may never convince him to go low carb, but at least he's learning that it's better not to eat the junk.
