I am down another .5 inch on my waist but the scale went up almost 2 lbs. the scale is not reliable at all. I lifted so much heavier at the gym yesterday. Almost double on some exercises. I must be gaining some muscle working out so constantly. Really excited for the body composition dexa scan next week.
I bought some healthy groceries of just meat and veggies and some grapes so now I will be able to eat clean and work out and eventually this stubborn weight will move.

Being older makes a a huge difference in how quickly the weight moves.

Is ur scale battery operated? If so maybe new ones are needed.

Two scales say same things. The one I used today is brand new. May stop using one for a while because it seems to derail me. I am so glad I am measuring inches and blood pressure is down. May take a while to see significant loss I guess.

wooohooo a 1/2 inch on the waist is a huge loss!! WTG Amira!! The fact that blood pressure is down, inches are down and muscle power is up....girl...that is fantastic!!

you are gaining muscle and toning! congrats!

you are still losing fat but gaining muscle. your scale isn't wrong, you are just getting stronger !

You’re doing great. Throw the scale out. Build muscle. Don’t worry about weight. Lots of people weigh more but look skinnier after building muscle because of their body composition. You’re in this for life anyway😀

So true JKGS365 I am nothing a significant increase in muscle firmness since working out and swimming regularly for just one month. I work out usually six days and take a rest day on the 7th. Excited to see my results after 6 months. So glad to have found something and the scale is not really moving but probably I am a mesomorph so put on muscle quickly.
