ok, here I am again! But at least I am doing better today :-) I've been up, down & all around, was sick some last week, but mostly I feel a little lost. I miss my mom. She had become my little buddy (passed from Alzheimer's 4/2016). She was like a child but a happy one. Anyway, Things are so-so. I'm sure I'll be ok, but just feel a little lost and unsure. Well ok, with my weight I'm sure that has been an issue also. I'm still holding around 159-163 which is good, but my eating, drinking & exercising habits have been insane. I feel motivated today, so that is what I'm going to look at TODAY! I feel good, it is a good day, sure there are things that are still up in the air, things not right but for the most part I have to focus on the OK stuff right now and deal with the other stuff as I can. For most part there are things that are not in my control, so hand them over to my HP! OKKKKK well I've decided to give the 3 day diet a go, kind of modified it a little since there are some things I don't like or have in the house (can't afford to go grocery shopping when I have food that will work in the house!). Anyway. it just seems like it will help cleanse my system, body & brain. I was on it many, many years ago and it was helpful. I also have to vow to be on this site more often!
