ok, so far today is an ok day. Been better / Been worse, but I'm feeling super so that is a PLUS. Like I said before, I have to remember the saying "don't let the storm around you, get inside you" My INside ME is my sacred space. I never really understood the saying, "still waters run deep" until I heard Joel (Osteen) bring it up, that even when the waves are crashing on the surface and storms are all around, the deeper waters are calm, still. And that is sooo true! I use to scuba dive and can really say that is a fact. But it also has to do with our 'inner being', we need to keep our inner self calm even if there are storms brewing all around us. The storm will pass!
I'll try to get online for a follow up comment this evening but I have been having internet issues at home and other things (ohhhh there is that storm a'brewing!). So if the internet is down or things are cloudy (in my brain) I may go for a walk instead!
