ok, day 1 of the 3 day. I feel good. I forgot to mention I went out to eat last night, OOPS so that may be part of my weight gain and no loss. It was sooooo good though. OK, enough of that until I am DOWN where I need to be! I'm ok, a little bummed my house is absent of my kids, I feel kind of alone. I miss my mom also. I was primary caregiver for her for years and also my dad until he passed in 2013. So it is a bit empty in my world lately. I know I can do things to help keep me occupied now, but I just don't want to. I'm exhausted when I get home from work and just want to crash. It has been so hot lately I don't want to be outside. But enough complaining and excuses. I just don't want to do IT! OK!!!! But I'll be ok. One day at a time.
