Who is this person that's taken over my body?!

Yesterday I ran 3.5 miles in the dark before work. I followed that up by some squats and leg presses before heading into the office. Then, THEN I swam 20 laps after work. I alternated between front stroke and breast stroke so that I could go 5 laps without stopping to catch my breath. I paused every fifth lap to readjust my swimcap, goggles, and drink some water. Sometimes I was able to do front stroke the entire lap...sometimes.

Who am I right now?
