Today is holiday dessert day in the cafeteria at work. I'm debating:
1) skipping it altogether 2) getting a piece of something & taking 1 or 2 bites, then tossing (tough, because it's usually easier for me to avoid than limit) 3) eating a whole piece & refusing to care about the consequences (not just high calorie, but the sugar/diabetes issue) 4) going hog wild & getting as much as I can (no, not really going to happen, but I can dream, can't I?)
I'm hopefully going to be able to do (2), but I'm going to buy a big lettuce salad to eat with my lunch, & hopefully fill myself up enough so that 1 or 2 bites will be all I can eat
