The power was out this morning when I got to work so I only have like 5 minutes to write this before I need to head out the door to get my day started. I only have 2 visits today but they are in different counties ... with lots of miles to drive.
Not suprisingly the scale was "up" today after yesterday's celebration but not recorded here. No worries!!! I am doing exactly what I need to do.

Today I am grateful for ...
1. choosing to weigh everyday even when I want to avoid it and then being able to handle the "news" without missing a beat!!
2. having so much fun yesterday with my mom ... I am so blessed!!
3. tee hee ... a smaller size of underwear fits!!!
4. hot flashes have not been waking me up as frequently
5. picking up my new glasses today ... I LOVE new specs!!!
