Päiväkirja - natashabkelly, 20 tammi 10

So this is my 5th day on fatsecret and I've gradually decreased my calorie intake everyday. I started with over 3000 calories (Had friends over for dinner/dessert/wine and my husband made a high calorie lunch) to just over my recommended 1700. If I can keep this up I will be doing well, but I do find that I am hungry. Especially with thinking about food so much while inputing my food and thinking about how many calories I have left. The more I think about it the hungrier I get! I am also craving wine... and I'm not a (big) drinker. I enjoy the occasional glass but now that I'm trying to cut out the calories I want it. Now to get time to work-out... I have a very mom-dependant almost 2 year old son who likes me to hold him everytime I try to dance or climb on me for a ride when I get on the floor for sit-ups... super cute but not helping me trim down :) Oh and tonight I missed my yoga class :( I'm going to try to make up for it by doind yoga on-demand after I put the boy to bed, if I can keep from falling asleep and get my husband to join me, otherwise I might be too self-concious with him watching!
