I weighed myself this morning and I weigh 237 so I have lost 18 lbs. in less than 3 weeks. My food has not been perfect but I am trying hard to meet the requirements of Induction exactly. Today I managed to get 11.95 g. of veggie carbs. I also did well having plenty of fat and all my water. We went to a basketball game and I managed to stay away from the concession foods. I only ate the other half of an Atkins chocolate bar and drank a Diet Coke so I did well. I managed to walk around the arena for about 10 min. I know that's hardly anything but for me it was an attempt to exercise a little. I still feel tired but I think it is due to my mental health issues. My depression (which is due to a chemical imbalance) causes me to feel tired a lot. I felt fairly upbeat today. I always feel better if I don't sit around the house alone. Being online helps a lot w/my depression, too.
