Well I'm back to 195.8 today. I hope I can go down significantly before I start the yoyo plateau. I had a person check my macros yesterday and they were off a bit but my actual eating was pretty darn close to the new recommendation. I cooked some pork chops yesterday and ate some but after that I couldn't eat anymore. So yesterday was far off the macros. I went to water aerobics this morning but so far I'm still not hungry. Hopefully I will be able to reach the macros today. I'm sure going to try

I don't understand all the talk about macros (assume it's the ratios between carbs, fat and protein). For the most part I pay attention to calories and try not to have too many carbs in processed foods - don't worry about carbs in fruit or vegetables. Getting enough protein is my biggest challenge - don't eat meat every day. But like you I really want to lose - setting a 5 pound goal for December and am not off to a good start. Wish you well with your specific goals!

For me it is trial and error. I'd give most anything to lose 10 in December but since I only got about 4 in November I am probably setting an unrealistic goal

Hi New to lose 1 pound you must have a caloric deficit of 3500 over a period of time. Do you post your free exercise ie sleeping, resting ect? If not post it and see what your caloric deficit is daily.
