This morning I woke up and weighed myself. After eating mostly homemade foods this week, I lost weight and I was bloated!! WHOOOOOO! It is difficult for me to figure out the calories of like say my grandmother's pasta dish. She won't tell me what she puts in it lol. So I have been writing down (in my mini journal) what I've been eating. I have definitely shrunk my stomach, have tons of energy, and eating when I am hungry, not because it is 12PM. I can't wait to see what happens when I start swimming =)
