As of today's weighin, I am above my "uh oh" weight of 140. I am back to counting calories until I am back under that number again. I know what has happened, and it is called Summer Vacation- lots of cold beers, afternoons spent nibbling on indulgent treats, and barbecue dinners. So, I know what to do- now I gotta do it!
