Happy May 1st everyone - back on track at the gym and maintaining my weight. Had my once a month Snickers bar so I'll have to reduce my caloric intake at dinner. I consider it a monthly treat for me maintaining where I am at, as long as I don't make it a daily thing, I'm good. Have a great rest of the week everyone
