Hi there. Im going to be honest right off the bat. Im not overweight. As a matter of fact, im a fitness competitor. I will be heading to my first national competition soon and well, everyone needs support and to track and diary their habits and i figured this was a good way :-) . I offer support and an ear to any who need it. Trust me, when it comes to the actual diet part, i understand. Im on a 18week no fat, high protein, low carb keto cycle diet that's verrrry low calorie sometimes too. Its not the smartest or healthiest choice to compete, but here i am. Right now, as i write this bio, i have only 6weeks left. Im tired all the time. Moody. Angry alot. Frustrated. And the cravings are insane.

the foods im allowed right now are as follows:
Chicken, fish, bison, rice, broccoli, cauliflower,peppers (no hot ones), green beans, mixed berries, apples, grapefruit, butter and olive oil for cooking. Currently NO seasoning (spices, herbs, etc.). Nothing else. Period.

my foods are weighed and measured. I can only eat specific foods at specific times on specific days.

because of this i appreciate what anyone and everyone here is trying to do, and am CHEERING YOU ON.
