sigh, im crying while writing this, i dont know while this is so hard for me, i can set my mind to do anything, academic wise, work-wise, reaching a financial goal and i can do it, but losing weight is extremely hard for me. All that will power i have goes out the door when you put a box of chicken wings in front of me. Its like I black out and stop thinking, or I convince myself that oohh this is not that bad or i tell myself that okay i will just skip the next meal but trust me I never do. I am 268.1 pounds, i remember being 140 in the 7th grade, the 170 in the 9 grade, the 190 when i moved to america in 2009, then 226 in December 2012, now it is January 2015 and I sit here 268.1 pound. This however is not my highest weight, which is 281.5 i lost a little but cannot seem to last more than 2 or 3 weeks on a diet...which seems hopeless since in order to reach my goal weight,it has to be a lifetime decision. If i can not last 2 week how will i make this a lifetime. WELL HERE GOES ANOTHER SHOT, they say you cannot do the same things over and over and expect a different outcome but that how all my diets have been, well this time im changing a few things. lets see what happeneds....LETS DO THIS
