still feeling kind of sick. but at least I can breathe this morning! had some off plan things like emergenC...and prob will today too since I've got work and still feel kinda crappy. am back with it 100% tomorrow.

yesterday was rough. work was so hard feeling like this. i usually don't have it in me to be happy when a client no shows, but i was so glad for the respite yesterday.
been sleeping lots. eating soup (which i didn't make and i have no idea how atkins friendly it is or isn't - and don't have it in me to care much) and drinking lots of tea with honey (can't help it, the only thing helping my throat).
because of all this, and not eating much, i haven't weighed in cos i really don't want to know if i've gained. will weigh in on wednesday before i head out of town for sure - but for now, back to the couch with more tea and movies.
*sigh* hopefully tomorrow i will be all recovered.

been feeling like a**. i think i am sick. but work has been crazy busy, and today's another one. and all i want to do is sleep. my throat hurts. i haven't been eating enough. and i'm just wiped. i need this to clear my system ASAP. i've got vacation to go on next week.
apologies for being a little m.i.a. on the food recording and journal commenting. like i said... my head is just not in the game right now.

am getting totally antsy about going to the beach next week. work is busy right now, which is a really good thing since i'll be away almost 2 whole weeks. still haven't managed to find a bathing suit. ugh, still not looking forward to that.
cannot wait to be with family and friends at the beach for a week - though, i am not sure what i am going to do about my eating. i haven't decided yet if i am going to try and stick with it, or just take the week off and hop right back on board when i return. it's hard because we share a house with a few families, and all the shopping and cooking is communal and the grocery store is like an hour away - so not easy to necessarily pick up something. not to mention there are sure to be lots of margaritas. ha. i have to think more about this and what i want to do.
in other exciting news i just booked a ticket for a week in Hawaii to see my best friend in September (she's a marine biologist who is working down there for the next 4 months) - we found this amazing ticket deal yesterday just by happenstance and it was too good to pass up. i have NEVER been to hawaii, so i am psyched!
alright, need to pack some snacks for a busy busy day at work, and try to ignore this sort throat i seemed to have acquired over night. hope you're all having a great day!

just finishing TOM, would love to see 170 by next Wed when I leave for the beach. still need to find a bathing suit. ick.
