been slacking off not much though it's mainly with my steps been since the 8th of November cant shake this cough and the day before Thanksgiving my youngest daughter was taken to the drs for a possible appendix but it came back as it was negative thankfully I did get the most steps in on that day due to going to the dr then home then to the hospital for a ct scan for her then went to get me a different mask due to me getting a rash after wearing the blue ones that drs office and hospital issues, then back home again, were still waiting for covid test to come back so we know what our next step is of it's not covid the drs said it could be just viral.
I did get a new prescription for phentermine hcl 37.5 from my dr so I started that last night to find out that I should have taken it this morning but that was trial and error so I will take it again first thing Monday morning.
I am slowly feeling better

I'm currently waiting on my pedometer to get here at the moment it says its supposed to be here on Nov 29 2021 so we will see its not Fitbit but I got something that I could afford till I can get my fitbit. its thanks giving so I'm going to try and keep the 1/2 plate of veggies 1/4 fresh fruit and the other met/protein. I also have been given some legumes idk how to prep them or anything about them so if someone has recipes that I could try them with I would greatly appreciate it
