I want to encourage everyone to take a moment after every workout to just sit in the moment and thank your body for what it can do. Everyday we are bombarded with ideas that are bodies are not good enough and that we are not fit enough and not strong enough. But really do the mental work after a workout, sit and be still and be kind to your body. Reflect on the weeks before where you felt less strong and tired and look at where you are now and what your body is capable of. Remain committed, grounded and grateful. Have a great weekend!

Interested in hearing what you guys do for tried and trusted home workouts. I don’t do split workouts (legs, arms etc) because I read full body burns more calories and split workouts work best if you’re weight lifting. I do those home workout circuits, hiit but I like switching things up every day so I don’t get bored, everyday its like omg can i do this? This looks hard, Ima do this lol but I just like the excitement of something new to challenge myself. I’m not at my ideal weight but my flexibility has improved, i feel lighter and stronger! E.g. My push-ups are so swift and smooth not like before where i would struggle on the descend and the ascent. Anyway!!! I’m rambling, please comment with your favourite home workout (preferably no equipment) routines. Much appreciated.

Super proud of myself. Wasn’t sure if i was tired, demotivated or just plain lazy so do a full body circuit workout. But something about not doing any physical activity today had me feeling so strange. So I took the dog to the field and brisk walked with her abit and did like 10 sprints up a short flight of stairs. It wasn’t the sweatiest workout nor one that burned alot of calories but the point is I made the effort to Move even just a little bit today 😀
