Not much better today - Teacher appreciation week - parents brought in more goodies today - IT was salad day - so I had some salad - pasta salad with shrimp, pasta salad with tomatoes and a piece of cheese cake.
TOMORROWS GOODIE DAY IS DESSERTS - I am staying out of the lounge- LOL.
I pick up Bridesmaid dress tomorrow - so afraid I am not going to fit!! PRAYING that I do!!
Then my HUSBAND took us out to dinner where I proceeded to have the salad bar - potato salad, cole slaw, carrots, watermellon. Then ribs and a sweet potatoe.
Going to have to work out HARD!!!!

Had a retirememnt party for a co-worker today - I ate way too much of the goodies brought in by other teachers. Will have to do better tomorrow.
I had a few chips with salsa, one craker with tuna salad, had some chicken salad with apples, had some chicken tetrozeni, chicken and broccoli, strawberry,potato salad, cole slaw and salad.
Then onto the dessert table- cream puffs, peach pie, bannana pudding, a fudge piece and raspberry truffle.
I am afraid I ate a weeks worth of calories at one meal. Will work out extra hard tonight.
Not eating dinner too full from LUNCH LOL

We had a goodie day today at school - I ate 2 chicken wings, fresh fruit salad and a small sandwich. I do not think I did too bad - however when I went to record my food it would not allow me to record just 2 wings - I had to record 5 so I am WAY over on my calories.
It is so hard whe you go to parties to correctly record what you have eaten- my goal is to get as close to accurate as possible.

YEAH!! I am 139lbs - so excited to be in the 130's. Now I need to tone tone tone.

Cleansing today - so I can do my weigh in tomorrow. This is how I normally do it cleanse on Monday weigh on Tuesaday. Went up a little last week. Started working out to correct problem. With the loss of my co-worker I -lost a lot of sleep and just could not get up to work out. Got off on the right track this morning - got up at 4am - did my workout, then worked out with a friend from work this afternoon- mostly cardio. Plan on doing something for my abs tonight.
I go to pick up my bridesmaid dress on Friday - I had it fitted and am in fear that they may have made it toooooooo small. Only have 26 days till the big day- I think I am stressing as much as the bride. However she had a horrible issue with her dress - they fitted and she hadd gained weight - when she went to try it on it did not fit at all - they are having to order her a whole new dress- she is hoping it will be her in time.
