I'm new on the low carb diet so is not easy for me to keep it at 20 , but I'm going to do better next week

I fell off the boat Friday night , I got back on it early this morning . I started the day with 2h workout , then this afternoon I powered walk to the gym got there dance for 1h then walked back home, the whole day I drank a lol of water. I dint go crazy on the food during this Holliday , but I lost count of what I was eating . I Weighted myself today because when the challenge is going to end I'm going to be asleep . My weight went down so I feel good about myself. I'm ready to start a new one . I thank the person whom created this challenge , and every one who helped me go through it . I hope to hear from you all

Lol it had just been over my monthly . Thank you all for your advices I really need to Change my diet if I want any result. I don't get on the scale every day because we hate each other lol , I get on it once a week just because last year I put it away and I gained 1kg. I drink only fresh squeezed no sugar added orange juice in the morning , it might have been all the chocolate that i ate on sunday night .today I had cranberry juice cause I couldn't eat n the red berries have have the power to heal my days of sadness lol

I'm feeling so depressed since yesterday when I saw my weight going up ,that I can't even eat today , last night I cleaned the whole house but it didn't stop me from being depressed again today . I might redo it tonight to see if I'll be better tomorrow lol

I felled my week I'm very disappointed of myself, I thought I was doing ok but I wasn't the good thing is that I see what I have to change to make it right
