ok I'm on day 2 of the Fat Stall woe and doing ok. I think after I get away from these 170s I'll be much better. then it will be time to conquer the 160s EEEKKKK just seems like it has never been this difficult to get it down before! But I really have to do this for me this time and keep it all together.
