Ok so this weekend I didn't do exactly good - Damn those open bar weddings. And on Wednesday we are off to Bimini for Memorial. Will be cooking and packing my meals Tuesday. Need to take a scale so that I can monitor the weight. I didn't drink enough water yestarday I can tell I am retaining also getting ready to start (How fun) Kinda of an emotional mess at the moment
