Well, it’s been a wild summer with me making “good choices”. With a 5 1/2 pound gain in 4 months, obviously the choices were not all that good....portion control was probably my biggest enemy. Write it down, weigh and measure. Pain in the neck, but it works! Again, start over and “control bodily appetites “.
