I haven't been following my plan very well. I had kidney stone surgery, then 2 stents put in, had some complications, just got them out today, and got weighed. I haven't been very hungry, and with my pain, I wasn't going to stand in the kitchen to cook for myself. So, I ate a lot of peanut butter sandwiches.
But some loss is good, after all this.
