Back on track!! I've regained my previous weight, and am finally feeling fully recovered from the weekend. P.S. White castle is the devil.

LOL !!! White Castles was my downfall too !!! Why is it that White Castles calls at the worst possible hours to eat ?!? We got them around 10pm !!!! I should have just went to bed !! Good job for getting back on track !! Have a great week !!

HAHAHA How dare you speak that name in here! hahahahah My family is from Minnesota...and my dad use to take us there all the time! Living in Boston now...I'm temporarily safe from them! Soooo good! We had an exchange student one year, and we went out for White Castle...he went to the counter and said, I'll have one please. We said, there's no way you'll be satisfied with just one! You need at least 4! He finally got 4...and then went back for 2 more! You're right..they are the devil! HAHAH Have a great weekend =)
