Hi been a while since a weigh in ... had 6 months off work .. and just gone back in a different office .. new year and hoping to get to around 85kg .. I’ve been going to the gym and some of the weight will be muscle ( I hope ) but back on it .. happy new year to everyone on this site 👍x
