Weighed in at 285 today with my steel toes on! That probably adds about a pound over the shoes I'm usually wearing, so I'm ok with losing one pound! Had my ten year class reunion thiss weekend, and got a ton of compliments from old friends...thats motivation!

That's awesome motivation! My 10 year will be next October, if I stay on track like I have been I will be down a little over 100 pounds by then.
