I'm baaaaack! I had a beautiful baby girl, McKenzie Hope, on Sept 3rd. On my delivery date I weighed 362 (thanks so much, fluid!). McKenzie was 9 lb 12 oz! As of Friday I'm back down to 320. 42 lbs in exactly 2 weeks isn't too bad lol! I was breastfeeding for those 2 weeks so I know that made a difference. I'm still breastfeeding but also supplementing formula because McKenzie hasn't been gaining weight. She lost over a lb and hadn't gained it back by day 12 so we had to beef up her diet a bit.
Biggest Loser starts TOMORROW and I am psyched! I'm also psyched because I'm only 8 lbs heavier than I was the day I found out I was pregnant, so it's not gonna be hard to hop right back on the wagon :). I've missed my buddies and am happy to be back!
