Down 24 pounds in 4 months. 6 pounds more to go. I never expected to get this far ( at 79 it's hard to lose weight) and there is light at the end of the tunnel. No longer diabetic, glucose is normal A1c = 5.5. Thanks to FS. This site is great. Best part, there are so many of you that tell your stories, encourage others and provide their experiences to those of us that struggle with those darn calories. Thanks to FS and all of you that support each other with your posts.

Im so sorry for your loss. My 16 yr old kitty hasnt been feeling well lately and all I can think of is that Im not ready to lose her. Im glad your kitty didnt suffer, and again Im so sorry.
