Thanks Donturjawhurt. I never stayed off alcoholic drinks for a month. It will be almost 5 week in fact because I won't drink any till a week on Friday I reckon. When I lost four and half stone to hit my last target I never did dry January or stopped drinking alcohol I just reduced monitor control intake and recording everything ☺
