been away from this site and also off my woe plan & life plan. BUT I'm back and will get back on track. I just looked at where I was a year ago and at least I've moved on from there in weight and attitude and life. BUT I really don't want to keep 'looking' back I want to move on and get on with my life. There is so much that has tried to drag me down & back, I need to just cut those things that are dragging me down. Today is day one of moving on, once again but at least I AM moving on and will be better today. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL.
