Havent posted in awhile because I hit a wall, not being able to walk anymore (less than 1500 steps a day) created an issue where I had to eat less than 900 calories a day to lose weight. Not easy. So, I'm having a TKR (Total Knee Replacement). Left one this week, and right one in 3 to 4 months. Wish me luck, and zero complications.
