It would be awesome! So glad it is all coming together for you! Isn't it something that numbers can make us either so happy or so sad? LOL keep up the great work Barb! :) 

Yes it is bad isn't it... the scale shouldn't be allowed to do that.. All I want is to get 20-30 lbs off this body so I can feel a tad better...thanks 

20 or 30 lbs would be awesome,after almost 7 weeks I am at 15 lbs and would so like to be a few lbs less before I have to go out of town in 2 weeks to this wedding. That will be challenging in itself trying to stay as close to plan as I can with all those wedding goodies (cake!) tempting me! Plus being in a hotel and traveling on the road, they all have there own challenges. I checked my ketone levels yesterday and I went from moderate back to small almost trace levels again and I can't figure out why. Gonna have to really look at all I'm eating again to see if I can figure it out. Starting today I am going to start another 3 day round of the Fat Fast and see if that will get me back into a higher level of ketosis. Our bodies sure are complicated machines aren't they? 

Keep working it, my friends! We know it will work, it just takes some time. We didn't get this way overnight, and unfortunately we can't undo it overnight, either.(boy, would I LOVE THAT!!) Bit by bit, we are getting healthier...taking care of ourselves. We can do this!!
