The plan works! Eating this way is now the norm, not the unusual! Wow, am amazed:) My girlfriends had a wonderful party for me yesterday - a wine shower! - and lots of fab food and chocolate cakes - I smooshed and nibbled on my little plate, had great conversations with friends, and thanked people for the compliments. The dress that I bought for the parties is now almost too loose! Imagine that!!! Am trying to keep the stress in check, but am not running to the fridge any more. Yippee!
