Okkkkk, doing good, keeping on my woe now I just need to get it together and get back into a workout routine. My doc appointments (yes plural) results were all good, got my turkey for $0.49/pound and didn't see any signs of shortage (as the news people are saying they are more expensive & shortages). I'm doing Turkey & pumpkin pie (with graham cracker crust & pecans), so as you may guess Thanksgiving is not going to be a woe diet day, but I will try to limit my portions and hit the gym while others are shopping on Friday. I never was one for black friday crowds, but that is just me. well I need/choose to get to work now so gotta go. Take care to ALL in FS-land.
