I am a little down, life is weird. Helped my daughter move 1700 miles over last week, but that is not what makes me down. Not feeling very good, my lower back is hurting. I am trying to walk a little further daily, nothing spectacular, but like park on the opposite side of parking lot at work, maklng me walk the 500 extra steps. LOL
