Okkkkkkk, down we go again! I am so glad I did not slip into temptation yesterday. I admit it was difficult not to, since I did go to the grocery store and was surrounded by 'no-nos'. AND I did give in to a late night snack but all within my woe; strawberries (a lot of them) and nonfat sugar free Greek yoghurt, yum. Today might bring a few more temptations along the way but I will take it one day, one moment at a time & keep on "keeping on".
