oh well here we go, I'm on the crazy 'up/down' stage that I knew would show up. I've been 100% but now it goes up. I know to some folks 1# here & there doesn't seem like much but for me it is something that drives me wacky. I just want to get this over with and get down to where I want to be! Is that too much to ask? LOL Ok, Ok, I know I will get there eventually and maybe having that late night snack of a lot of strawberries didn't help much, but they are on my woe and the plan said to eat as much as you want of the foods on this plan! But little did they know I can eat alot of any foods and I guess there is such a thing as eating too much of even foods that are good for you and not junk. Oh well, I just need to keep it together today (one day at a time) with my BFF here & the reunion tonight. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL.
