I"m so tired of the yo-yo, up/down you go trend my weight travels :-( Makes me want to just say 'why bother' and just forget it. I'll try to keep it together today, but we are having an end of season party at one of the places I volunteer. I will bring my yoghurt and other woe foods BUT I'm not guaranteeing I'll stay within my woe 100% It is just such a pain sometimes :-(
